Her practice also includes support for ADHD, anger management, anxiety, and behavioral issues, along with burnout, codependency, depression, and dual diagnosis concerns. Therapy Approach:

Asya practices from a person-centered, humanistic approach to therapy. She believes each client already carries the insight and capacity needed for change, and that her role as a therapist is to offer a steady, empathic, non-judgmental space where that capacity can surface. Rather than steering sessions toward a predetermined outcome, she follows each client's lead, listening closely and reflecting back what she hears so people feel genuinely understood rather than managed. With younger clients, this often means meeting them through play and concrete, everyday language, while older clients benefit from a slower pace that allows real reflection to happen. Across every age group she works with, from child clients to older adults, the same qualities carry through: warmth, patience, and a belief that people grow best once they feel safe enough to be honest.
