Sleep

Sleep is an important thing for us humans to make sure we get enough of. If we do not get enough sleep, our brains do not process information correctly and sometimes if you are deprived of sleep for too long, you may hallucinate. With that being said, here are some tips to help make sure you get the sleep you need.

*Assess how much sleep you need every night. This means getting rest to the point where you do not feel tired when you wake in the morning. This number is different for everyone, but average for an adult is 7-9 hours of sleep.

*Make sure your bedroom is free from distractions. This means turning off the TV, putting the phone down or placing it in another room of the home, and making sure the temperature in your bedroom is comfortable for you to sleep. Generally a little colder than you would normally set the temperature to.
